Where ever you are in the country, free help and support is never far away. As well as the nationwide Gambling Helpline, there is probably a gambling support service near you. Together you can put strategies in place to get things on track.
Some people find it helpful to have a face to face chat with someone who understands what it’s like to live with gambling stress. Perhaps you'll just need one session to put a plan in place. Or, if there is more of a problem an ongoing course of counselling is available free of charge. Even if you don’t live close to a support service on the list below it may pay to give your nearest one a call. Many counsellors travel as part of their job and it’s possible they can come to you.
